National Angel Food Cake Day 2025

October 10, 2025 is National Angel Food Cake Day. An angel food cake is basically sponge cake, and it indeed looks a bit like a yellow sponge. It is made of flour, sugar and eggs and its special feature is its enormous fluffiness and lightness.
