International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression is a worldwide observed day of the United Nations and is celebrated on June 04, 2025. On August 19, 1983 the General Assembly of the United Nations decided to dedicate the 4th of June each year to the countless innocent children victims. Violence against children cuts across all social and cultural lines. The purpose of this day is to raise awareness for the pain children suffer worldwide through physical, mental or emotional abuse. Organizations and individuals take part or launch campaigns on that day to fight for and protect the rights of children.
