International Day for People of African Descent 2025

On August 31, 2025 the United Nations celebrate the International Day for People of African Descent to honor not only the people, but also their diverse heritage and culture. In addition, the day of action aims to promote their human rights and fundamental freedoms by educating and raising awareness against any discrimination. It has first been observed in 2021.
