International Body Piercing Day 2025

International Body Piercing Day takes place on June 28, 2025. This day celebrates body piercings, pierced people and piercers all over the world. The date had been chosen because it is Jim Ward’s birthday. Ward was the one to establish the world’s first piercing studio in California. Most likely International Body Piercing Day had been initiated by one of Ward’s friends in memory of his achievements as piercing education and the formulation of safety standards.
