Constitution Memorial Day is celebrated on May 03, 2025 and is a national holiday in Japan. The date has been chosen in celebration of the promulgation of the 1947 Constitution of Japan. It is also a part of the Golden Week or GW, from April 29 to May 5 when a total of seven Japanese public holidays take place.
